As Good As It Getz.

Hyundai Global City rocks my socks

Hyundai Global City: Using Free WiFi (hyundaigetz.gannsdeen.com) Last Thursday, I brought my Hyundai Getz Gina to Hyundai Global City - Fort Bonifacio to have MJ, the accessories man, work on the AVT car alarm, which conked out on me barely a month after purchase.

It turns out the actuator of my Hyundai Getz car alarm was faulty, so the folks at Hyundai Fort Bonifacio replaced it with a new one. The warranty ensured I didn’t have to pay anything, and to cool my steamy head, they threw in a free car wash! I picked up my Philippines Hyundai Getz from the casa sparkling clean and with new car alarm!

This could’ve been a bad situation, but the folks here, MJ and Romeo among them, handled it coolly and calmly, throwing in a freebie and replacing the piece no questions asked. Like I said before, the service here is impeccable. Have your Hyundai Getz checke d up here, you won’t regret it.

Hi Ganns! My name is Tricia. I go to VCF Fort and I know your wife Cathy from Children’s Church. I also teach toddlers/nursery like her. I just searched google for Hyudai Getz and I was led to your blog! What a small world. Anyway, how is it? I’m planning on buying a practical, reliable and gas-efficient car. So how’s your Getz so far - particularly on gas consumption? how may kilometers per liter does it consume? Please send my regards to Cathy. also, when you’re free, please visit http://www.littlecakesfactory.com

    God Bless!

Hi Tricia! Honestly, the 1.1 Hyundai Getz (like Gina) isn’t as fuel-efficient as some of its fellow compact cars (e.g., the Kia Picanto or the Suzuki Alto), but if you purchase, say, a diesel 1.5 Getz, you’re getting power, fuel efficiency, and cost-effectiveness (since diesel is significantly cheaper than gas). Most folks on the Getz Club forums register anywhere from 10-13 kms/L.

    Thanks for swinging by!
